Feel the Music - #21 Blaugust 2026
I work from home these days and I try to listen to new music regularly. There's a certain joy with finding a new song you like even if only temporary. I think hearing a new song and being surprised is the best.
Chicago (Adult Contemporary Easy Listening Version) by Sufjan Stevens
This takes place at work at the same bar/restaurant as my last post. The place was open for regular business and they were playing music from whatever streaming service they used. I was in a side area used for events cleaning footrests of the bar in preparation for an event later that day. This song came on while I was working and piqued my interest. The more I heard the more I was captivated. I got into a good flowstate. Once I got home I had to find it and listen to it again.
