Growing up my parents didn't want me listening to explicit music. That's a pretty reasonable viewpoint. Even today I don't often listen to anything with much swearing or offensive material probably because of that decision. This song slipped though the cracks.
I heard this by borrowing the album from my cousin mentioned in my last post. It was smuggled into my house and kept under wraps so my dad wouldn't find it. Overall I didn't care for the album, but this song stuck with me. It has such a memorable sound and when you are younger there's an interest in the forbidden adult subject matter you aren't supposed to be hearing. It's not the first or most explicit thing I heard growing up. This was more of an active choice to hear it knowing my parents wouldn't approve if they found out.
